    2021

Companies are feeling increasing pressure to report their ESG data from both customers, investors and regulators. But companies should spend more time improving their sustainability performance than reporting on it.
That’s why Diginex has created DiginexESG; an intuitive, fast and affordable blockchain-enabled ESG reporting tool that facilitates the entire reporting process.

One of the major challenge for this project was to produce a complete video that would encapsulate DiginexESG vision ready for their launch, while the other marketing materials were still being developed.

Another 20min "Onboarding Video" was produced to demonstrate the Saas interface in depth.

    2021

According to the Environment Protection Department, over 3,300 tonnes of food waste is sent to landfill every day here in Hong Kong. Over 800 tonnes of which is from the commercial and industrial sectors and the remaining 2,500 tonnes is accumulated from household waste.
Cornerstone Renewable Energy commissioned us to produce a promo video for their new "SmartClassify", an intelligent and funway to recycle food waste.
Aimed at investors, government agencies, property management companies, it had to look slick and desirable, while working in fact with a WIP prototype in a very small industrial space.

Making use of good lighting, precise storyboarding, and some VFX magic, we made their product shine bright, and food waste recycling hip.

There is no denying that the Plastic Crisis is a most urgent matter. But merely adding collection stations won't do much since batches are more than often contaminated and simply discarded in landfill.

Cornerstone Technologies ask Filmages to create a clear, informative, and compelling video to promote their Reverse Recycling Machine, and their partnership with the Hong Kong Science and Technology Park.
With very litlte filming time, we used a combination of various aerial, macro, underwater, and gimbal cameras, with the addition of motion graphics.

If we have done our job properly, you too will pay attention when disposing of your plastic bottles...and get paid for it!

From time to time our videographers undergo an event coverage endurance challenge and MIPIM Asia is a workout we look forward to every year.

Besides capturing the usual networking and key note speakers, we also joined the after party celebrations at the Grand Hyatt.

Although the brief has hardly changed over the years the key to covering these events is to be spacially aware, especially when so many activities over so many days blur into one.

Innovate and Excel - 2015 in review

    2015

Capturing the blazing speed at which our urban environment is evolving is a rare treat. We felt honoured that, for the 4th year in a row, Gammon asked us to produce a creative presentation of their annual review.
At the time we were weather and authorisation dependent so the shooting stretched over several weeks. But not to worry, right off the bat we created an overall structure that allowed us to build this movie with maximum flexibility.

Combining various techniques such as drone and helicopter aerial filming, timelapses, hyperlapses, steadycam, jib cranes, and many other in-house tricks, we created a piece that illuminated Gammon's technical innovation.
We made it look easy, but we guarantee that (a little) blood and sweat were key components in the making of this movie.

    Clean Air Network

Bad breath for Hong Kong people

    2009

Did you know that Hong Kong only enjoys 41 days of "clean" atmosphere per year according to the World Health Organisation air quality standards?

Clean Air Network is a think tank that has been pushing hard for our politicians to look at hard facts; The most harmful pollution for Hong Kong people doesn’t come from across the border, it is our own roadside emissions that are killing us!

And it not only costs human lives, it is also very expensive for our “developed” society.

Filmages helped to raise the red flag by combining experts’ interviews, testimonials, educational motion graphics, and expressive sound effects.
