Mainland Chinese recruitment agency Vision Recruit was in the process of transforming from a semi-State run business to a fully private enterprise. They asked Filmages to establish an online presence to help them develop a recognizable brand on their own. We proposed three layouts; 1) full creativity, 2) safe and conservative, and 3) balanced compromise. While our clients usually decide between 2 and 3, Vision Recruit went without hesitation for the full creative works, in line with their target audience of dynamic, upwardly mobile professionals in China.
