As a Creative, Frederic Lichtenstein also considers it important to contribute to the growth of the creative arts in Hong Kong. As a former instructor of design for the Institute of Vocational Education, Fred understands the creative drive of Hong Kong's developing artists. In addition, as of 2009, Fred has been on the jury of the Hong Kong Hong Kong Independent Short Film and Video Awards, organised by the Hong Kong Arts Centre, for the past 5 consecutive years.
